Yes – well-behaved dogs are very welcome inside, on a lead. Please keep them quiet and off the furniture. Staff discretion applies, so we may ask you to take your dog outside if needed.

Walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend booking for food at busy times, and you can book a drinks table for as long as you like, up to closing time.

We take a small deposit per person for larger food bookings and for drinks tables. It comes off your bill on the day. Or skip the deposit by pre-booking one of our deals when you book. Cancel by 12 noon on the day of your booking for a full refund.

Use the link in your booking confirmation email. You can change or cancel there yourself, or email us and we’ll sort it.

We’re right on the seafront, so very occasionally we change our hours when the weather is wild. Check our Facebook page before you set off.

We’re named after Elephant Rock, which looked a bit like an elephant. It was demolished in 1936.
